Dallas was great, extremely responsive, tons of suggestions, great communication.  We didn't find the exact cause of the problem so there was not even a charge.  I am computer literate and when I get into sticky situations I will contact him again.

Dallas checked my computer, which was running slow, and cleaned it up remotely. He also gave helpful tips to keep it going.

He called promptly at the agreed time, and did a thorough diagnostic check. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed my problems and cleaned up the items he could. He gave me all the options to consider for the problem he couldn't fix: my computer is getting old. He gave me tips to try before considering expensive repair/replacement. I highly recommend him, and the price was excellent

Tech Doctor remotely accessed my computer to fix the main problems I was experiencing and gave me some tips.  The work took about an hour and a half to complete.

He did a great job with the work and with educating me on how to keep people from being able to access my computer.  He completed the work within a week and we communicated before the appointment primarily via Angie's List messaging.

Tech Doctor Recovered Files / Recycled my old laptop

Dallas was able to come to our home at a time that worked for us and our newborn and did an amazing job! He took the time to explain the different options for us and suggested things that were in our price range. It was a very relaxed experience and we will definitely be calling him again!

Cleaned up files on our home computer-all the way to the Microsoft registry-so we could access the internet using our usual browsers.

Dallas arrived the day after we made initial contact.  He arrived at promised time and communicated clearly with us about the issues identified.  He was pleasant and professional.  Had us up and running in less than 2 hours.  We are very happy with the provided services and will definitely call him again for any future issues.

I had an unresponsive Macbook Pro from 2008.  Dallas took my information and researched the situation.

Even though I was calling about an old broken Macbook, Dallas took the time to research the issue, find potential prices for replacement logic boards (both new and refurbished), and called back within 20 minutes with advice.  He even alerted me to the fact that this particular model has had a problem with the logic board, and that there is currently a class action lawsuit open against apple. 

After being brushed off by the other two places I called, I very much appreciate that he took the time to look into it for me.  I will definitely be going to him in the future!

My computer was working slowly and freezing.  Dallas diagnosed the problem, updated all my software, identified reasons why it may have been freezing/running slowly and got me back in business. 

The entire experience was wonderful--from the scheduling to the remote session.  I thought for sure my computer was a goner but it is back to running quickly and smoothly.  Dallas Smith was very thorough and made sure that I understood what and why he was doing each step.  I recommend him highly.

I have used Dallas Smith on three occasions now and have been completely satisfied every time. Dallas first helped us when our relatively new computer crashed. He helped us recover our files, assisted us in selecting a new system that suits our needs and use, and helped us upgrade our home network. Recently, we used him to remove an OffersWizard adware program. Dallas was able to work remotely to rid our system of this program. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive to his customer needs. I am a happy repeat customer and would recommend him to anyone who need computer technical assistance.

Dallas was great! First, he contacted me within 10 minutes of receiving my email. He offered me advice and step by step procedures on what to do with a noisy fan on my newly acquired 3 year old laptop. He started with the least expensive fix and then told me what he would need to do if that did not work. He then told me how to see up my own user name and did all this for free! He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me. I appreciated his responsiveness, expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him again for all my computer needs! I have my own small business as well so it is great to have a computer guru that you can talk to for the large and minor issues.

Cleaned my computer,told me about some new and better anti spyware which I bought and am SO happy with!  He did all of this remotely as I live in Texas and he in Maryland. He answered right away, just as all the other reviews stated.  He couldn't have been nicer, more polite or helpful. He was patient with me which is always a plus.  He searched,  scrubbed and scoured for any issues.  He is extremely thorough, When I told Dallas that I had been unable to reach my local computer expert and then was told that he would get back to me when he was on vacation, he told me he always answers even on vacation. I then said that in that case he never really has a vacation and he laughed and said that this is his business and so he is available. This  morning I have an issue with my internet in that the old internet network keeps appearing no matter how many times I delete it.  He said that was a new one to him and he would research it and get back to me.  Love that!  Don't know if there will be a charge for that but if there is, it will be worth it as he has to do some extra work. USE HIM!  HE IS TERRIFIC!
